Blood reserves for a good cause
Did you know that 14,000 blood donations are needed every day in Germany? To make our contribution, the companies #Lebbing and @TIS joined forces yesterday and organized a blood donation drive at the Technology Park in #Bocholt.
The other companies at the site were also invited, and altogether 42 donors, including 14 first-time donors, provided a total of 18 units of blood.
@Julia Buß, Human Resources Administrator at Lebbing Automation & Drives GmbH, draws a positive conclusion: "Due to the positive response and the fact of supporting humanitarian projects, we plan to continue with an annual blood donation initiative for the entire Bocholt Technology Park in the future."
